How Do I check In?
Your adventure starts with a simple text message. We offer contactless check-in, so no pushing your bags over to a busy concierge desk. On your arrival day, be on the lookout for a text from our concierge Eve. She’ll let you know where and how to access your room.
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes, our on-site team can help with dining reservations, spa services, car rentals and more. Just email us at hello@drifthotels.co. You can also hit up Eva via text anytime from 8am - 11pm (EST) to send you to the best local sights, recommend a great cocktail, or remind you of the wifi password if you forget it.
Can I Bring a Pet?
We allow pets, but limit one per room and there is a $50 non-refundable fee per stay.
When And How Do I pay?
It’s pretty simple. We ask for 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% is collected a week before your stay. If you book within seven days, we ask for 100% then.
Do you Have a Gym?
If by gym you mean “the ocean is 15 mins away, where you can swim, surf, or sunbathe” then yes, we have a gym. If you mean an indoor room with equipment, we’d be happy to recommend some local exercise studios for you to try out.
Is There Housekeeping?
We believe sleeping in is much better than an early morning knock on the door from housekeeping. So if you need your room tidied up, just shoot Eve a text and we’ll arrange it for you at an additional cost.
Is There Security?
Yes, rest assured we have overnight security at all Drift hotels.
Do You Have a Free Wifi?
Yes, we have you covered.
Can I bring Friends?
All of our rooms can accommodate 2 people. A charge of $50 USD/night will be charged for any additional people.
What About Food?
We have a full service restaurant and mezcal bar on-site, serving locally-inspired food and drinks. If you’re feeling adventurous, text Eva and she can send you to some of our favorite local restaurants.
What if coffee Is More My thing?
Baristas are on-hand every day to make your coffee right here, or if you feel like going for a walk, head out to a local coffee shop nearby.
Can I Host a Meeting or Event?
We do full hotel buyouts for weddings and can accommodate parties of up to 100 for rehearsal dinners or other private gatherings.
Do You do weddings?
We are here for your intimate ceremony. Drift can accommodate weddings fitting up to 100 guests.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?
No, all of our rooms and spaces are non-smoking. If smoking is suspected, you will be charged an incidentals fee to cover the cleaning cost.
