Q: HOW DO I CHECK IN?

A: We use contactless check-in. No front desk or concierge lines. You will receive a text on your arrival day with instructions and access codes for your room.


Q: DO YOU OFFER CONCIERGE SERVICES?

A: Our team is available 24/7 via text or at hello@drifthotels.co. We can help with dining reservations, spa services, car rentals, or local recommendations.


Q: CAN I BRING A PET?
A: We allow one pet per room. A non-refundable fee of $50 per stay applies.


Q: WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

A: We charge the first night and tax at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment upfront.


Q: DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
A: We do not have an on-site gym. The ocean is 15 minutes away for swimming and surfing. If you prefer a traditional workout, we can recommend local fitness studios nearby.


Q: IS THERE HOUSEKEEPING?

A: We prioritize your privacy. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Text us to schedule a room refresh.


Q: IS THERE SECURITY?

A: Yes. We have overnight security on property at all Drift locations.


Q: DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI?

A: Yes. High-speed wifi is complimentary for all guests.


Q: CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

A: Most rooms accommodate 2 people. Additional guests are $50 per night.


Q: WHAT ARE THE FOOD OPTIONS?

A: We have an on-site restaurant and mezcal bar serving locally inspired fare. Our team can also provide a list of local favorites nearby.


Q: IS COFFEE AVAILABLE?

A: On-site baristas are available daily. There are also several local coffee shops within walking distance.


Q: CAN I HOST A MEETING OR EVENT?

A: We offer full hotel buyouts for weddings and private events. We can accommodate gatherings for up to 100 guests.


Q: DO YOU HOST WEDDINGS?

A: Drift is available for intimate ceremonies and celebrations for up to 100 guests.


Q: IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?

A: No. All rooms and common spaces are non-smoking. An incidentals fee will be charged for cleaning if smoking is suspected.


Q: DO YOU HAVE ADA ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

A: Yes. We offer rooms with roll-in showers, grab bars, and audio/visual alert systems. The property features elevator access and designated parking.
