How Do I check In?
Check-in starts with a quick text the day before arrival. We keep things contactless - no lines, no front desk. Once your room is ready, you’ll get everything you need to access it and settle right in. If you’re unable to complete pre-check-in or need any assistance, our on-site team is available 24/7. So There's no Concierge?
Our team is here for you around the clock. Our front desk staff is onsite 24/7, located in the rear retail space of the building and can help with anything you need. The teams at Dawn and Dusk are also part of the Drift family and happy to assist during your stay.
Can I Bring a Pet?
While we love pets, we can’t accommodate them here at Drift.
When And How Do I pay?
We ask for first nights' room rate plus tax upfront, with the remaining collected a week before your stay. If you book within seven days, we ask for 100% upfront.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?
No, all of our rooms and spaces are non-smoking. If smoking is suspected, you will be charged an incidentals fee to cover the cleaning cost.
Do You Have ADA-ACCessible Rooms
Yes. Our ADA rooms are designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring roll-in showers with grab bars and handheld showerheads, accessible bathroom layouts with open-under sinks, and audio/visual alert systems for added safety. The hotel offers elevator access to all guest floors, designated handicap parking, and ADA-accessible public restrooms. Do you Have a Gym?
If by gym you mean “the ocean is steps away, where you can swim, surf, or sunbathe” then yes, we have a gym. If you mean an indoor room with equipment, we’d be happy to recommend some local exercise studios for you to try out. Yoga mats are also available to use throughout the property.
Is There Housekeeping?
We believe sleeping in is much better than an early morning knock on the door from housekeeping. If you’d like your room tidied up, just shoot us a text the day before you'd like service, and we’ll arrange it for you.
Is There Security?
Yes, rest assured we have overnight security at all Drift hotels.
Do You Have a Free Wifi?
Yes, we have you covered.
What other guest amenities do you offer?
We have luggage racks, makeup mirrors, cribs, ironing boards, ear plugs, clothes racks and more all available for request. Just text us or ask a Drift, Dusk, or Dawn team member.
What About Food?
We offer food and drink at Dawn and Dusk, our lobby cafe and craft bar. If you’re looking for a local rec, ask and we can send some of our favorite spots in the area.
What if coffee Is More My thing?
We serve coffee at our lobby cafe + market, Dawn, which serves up coffee, breakfast and lunch before hitting the beach.
Can I Host a Meeting or Event?
We do full hotel buyouts for weddings and can accommodate parties of up to 50 for rehearsal dinners or other private gatherings.
WHAT IF I LOST OR LEFT SOMETHING AT THE HOTEL?

What is the parking Situation?
24-hour self-parking is available directly behind the hotel in Santa Barbara City Lot 11, located at 523 Anacapa St. The first 75 minutes are free and can be used for unloading, and then $3/hour is charged after that.
