Q: HOW DO I CHECK IN?

A: Check-in starts with a quick text the day before arrival. We keep things contactless - no lines, no front desk. Once your room is ready, you’ll get everything you need to access it and settle right in. If you’re unable to complete pre-check-in or need any assistance, our on-site team is available 24/7. Q: SO THERE'S NO CONCIERGE?

A: Our team is here for you around the clock. Our front desk staff is onsite 24/7, located in the rear retail space of the building and can help with anything you need. The teams at Dawn and Dusk are also part of the Drift family and happy to assist during your stay.

Q: CAN I BRING A PET?

A: While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets at this location.

Q: WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

A: The first night and tax are due at booking. The remaining balance is collected 7 days before your arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

Q: IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?

A: No. All rooms and common spaces are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is suspected.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ADA-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

A: Yes. Our ADA rooms feature roll-in showers, grab bars, and audio/visual alerts. The property includes elevator access and designated parking. Contact hello@drifthotels.co for specific requests or assistance.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A GYM?

A: The ocean is steps away for swimming and surfing. For indoor workouts, we can recommend local fitness studios nearby. Yoga mats are also available on-site for guest use.

Q: IS THERE HOUSEKEEPING?

A: We value your privacy. If you would like your room refreshed, text us the day before to schedule service.

Q: IS THERE SECURITY?

A: Yes. We have overnight security on property at all Drift locations.

Q: DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI?

A: Yes. High-speed wifi is complimentary for all guests.

Q: WHAT OTHER GUEST AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?

A: Luggage racks, makeup mirrors, cribs, and ironing boards are available upon request. Text us or ask a team member at Dawn or Dusk.

Q: WHAT ABOUT FOOD?

A: Visit Dawn and Dusk, our lobby cafe and craft bar, for locally inspired food and drink. Our team can also share their favorite neighborhood spots.

Q: WHAT IF COFFEE IS MORE MY THING?

A: Dawn, our lobby cafe and market, serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch daily.

Q: CAN I HOST A MEETING OR EVENT?

A: We offer full hotel buyouts for weddings and private events. We can accommodate gatherings for up to 50 guests.

Q: WHAT IF I LOST OR LEFT SOMETHING AT THE HOTEL?

A: If you misplaced an item, submit a request through this link and we will do our best to locate and return it to you.

Q: WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

A: Self-parking is available behind the hotel in Santa Barbara City Lot 11 (523 Anacapa St). The first 75 minutes are free; then it is $3/hour. Flat-rate parking is available at the Haley Lot (18 E Haley St) for $18/day and includes in and out privileges. We recommend downloading the PayByPhone app ahead of time.
