How Do I check In?

Your adventure starts with a simple text message on the day of your arrival. We offer contactless check-in, so no pushing your bags over to a busy concierge desk. Keep an eye out for a text from our concierge Eva on your arrival date. She’ll let you know where and how to access your room.

So There's no Concierge?

Our digital concierge, Eva, is available via text 8am - 11pm (EST). She’ll direct you to the best local sights, recommend a great cocktail, or remind you of the wifi password if you forget it, all via text message.

Can I Bring a Pet?

While we love pets, unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them here at Drift.

When And How Do I pay?

It's pretty simple. We ask for 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% is collected a week before your stay. If you book within seven days, we ask for 100% upfront.

Do you Have a Gym?

If by gym you mean “the ocean is steps away, where you can swim, surf, or sunbathe” then yes, we have a gym. If you mean an indoor room with equipment, we’d be happy to recommend some local exercise studios for you to try out. Yoga mats are also available to use throughout the property.

Is There Housekeeping?

We believe sleeping in is much better than an early morning knock on the door from housekeeping. If you’d like your room tidied up, just shoot Eva a text and we’ll arrange it for you for an additional fee.

Is There Security?

Yes, rest assured we have overnight security at all Drift hotels.

Do You Have a Free Wifi?

Yes, we have you covered.

What About Food?

We offer food and drink at Dawn and Dusk, our lobby cafe and craft bar. If you’re looking for a local rec, text Eva and she can send you to some of her favorite spots in the area.

What if coffee Is More My thing?

We serve coffee at our lobby cafe + market, Dawn, which serves up coffee, breakfast and lunch before hitting the beach.

Can I Host a Meeting or Event?

We do full hotel buyouts for weddings and can accommodate parties of up to 50 for rehearsal dinners or other private gatherings.

WHAT IF I LOST OR LEFT SOMETHING AT THE HOTEL?

Follow this link and submit your lost item and we'll do our best to locate and return it to you.
