How Do I check In?

We do check in differently at Drift. Your arrival starts with a text message and email the day before your arrival with pre check in instructions. Once that is complete, on the day of your arrival, we’ll text and email your room number and key code once your room is ready and you can head straight there upon arrival.

So There's no Concierge?

Our digital concierge team is available via text 8am - 11pm. They can direct you to the best local sights, send up more towels, or remind you of the WiFi password if you forget it.

Can I Bring a Pet?

While we love pets, unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them at Drift.

When And How Do I pay?

We ask for 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% is collected a week before your stay. If you book within seven days, we ask for 100% upfront.

Do you Have a Gym?

We have a 24-hour gym on the ground floor with free weights, yoga mats, and a variety of machines to keep you in the game.

Is There Housekeeping?

If you’d like your room tidied up, just shoot our digital concierge team a text and we’ll arrange it for you.

Is There Security?

Yes, we have overnight security at all Drift hotels.

Is there shuttle service available (airport & local)?

We do not offer shuttle services, but would recommend using Uber, Lyft, or Taxi.

What About Food?

We offer food and drink at our on-site cafe, Dawn, and cocktail bar, The Sun Room. If you’re looking for a local rec, check out our neighborhood page, ask a Drift team member, or text our digital concierge for some of our pro tips.

Can I Host a Meeting or Event?

Absolutely. Our unique and flexible spaces, local design influences, and on-site amenities are perfect groups, so let us know what you’re looking for.

What is the parking Situation?

We offer paid valet and self parking in our on-site lot. Every vehicle must pay for parking. Pleasetext NG3M to (409) 405 5080. Spots are first come, first served.

Do You have a free WiFi?

Yes, we have you covered with complimentary WiFi in all spaces.

Is smoking permitted on property?

No, all of our rooms and spaces are non-smoking. If smoking is suspected, you will be charged an incidental fee to cover the cleaning cost.
