Q: HOW DO I CHECK IN?

A: We do check in differently at Drift. Your arrival starts with a text message and email the day before your arrival with pre check in instructions. Once that is complete, on the day of your arrival, we’ll text and email your room number and key code once your room is ready and you can head straight there upon arrival. Q: SO THERE'S NO CONCIERGE?

A: Our front desk is open 24/7, and our digital concierge is always just a text away. From local recs to extra towels to anything in between, just reach out - we’ve got you covered. Dawn and The Sun Room staff are also part of the Drift team and are always around if you need anything.

Q: CAN I BRING A PET?

A: While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets at Drift Nashville.

Q: WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

A: The first night and tax are due at booking. The remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

Q: IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?

A: No. All rooms and common spaces are non-smoking. An incidental fee will be charged for cleaning if smoking is suspected.

Q: WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

A: We offer paid self-parking in our on-site lot. Every vehicle must pay for parking. Please text NG3M to (409) 405 5080 to coordinate. Spots are first come, first served.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A GYM?

A: We have a 24-hour gym on the ground floor equipped with free weights, yoga mats, and a variety of machines.

Q: IS THERE HOUSEKEEPING?

A: If you would like your room refreshed, text our digital concierge team and we will arrange it for you.

Q: IS THERE SECURITY?

A: Yes. We have overnight security on property at all Drift locations.

Q: IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

A: We do not offer shuttle services. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for local and airport travel.

Q: WHAT ABOUT FOOD?

A: We offer food and drink at Dawn, our on-site cafe, and The Sun Room, our cocktail bar. No outside food or drink is permitted at the pool or our outlets. For local recommendations, check our neighborhood page or text our digital concierge.

Q: DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI?

A: Yes. High-speed wifi is complimentary in all spaces.

Q: CAN I HOST A MEETING OR EVENT?

A: Absolutely. Our flexible spaces and local design influences are built for groups. Reach out to let us know what you are looking for.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ADA-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

A: Yes. Our ADA rooms feature roll-in showers with grab bars, accessible layouts with clear maneuvering space, and audio and visual alert systems.
